All appointments will require a deposit to hold their spot- this will go towards the service price, any cancellations/reschedule needs to be made 12 hours prior to appointment time to have their deposit refunded or transferred to another appointment. Canceling/rescheduling after the 12 hour mark you will lose your deposit and be required to put down another deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit is only transferable 2 times, after 2 times you will be required to place another deposit. If you need to make changes to your appointment after the cancellation window or questions about your deposit, please text/call 480-600-4724 so I can assist you! Thank you for your understanding. Please confirm your appointment no later than 12 hours before your appointment time. You will get multiple reminders. New clients will get one last courtesy text morning of their appointment. If you do not confirm by 1 hour before your appointment time your appointment will be canceled at the 1 hour mark before your appointment. This will also be considered a no call no show.
