Hi there👋, my name is Alexa Ragland owner of The Naked Sun Waxing Studio. I am a licensed esthetician with 9 years of full body waxing experience. I specialize in Brazilian and Brow waxing. Speed waxing and full body waxing is what I’ve spent my professional career mastering. I strive to give every client a waxing EXPERIENCE not just an appointment. My goal is for every client to feel safe, comfortable, and beautiful while inside the studio and confident when leaving the studio! POLICY- Address of studio will be sent day before your scheduled appointment. Due to limited space only 1 adult guest will be allowed. Children are welcome however, they must be able to sit down and not run around due to safety of the child and the studio! Please confirm your appointment no later than 12 hours before your appointment time. You will get multiple reminders, as well as a link to confirm said appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment you will receive one last courtesy text the morning of your appointment allowing you to confirm or cancel. If you do not confirm 1 hour prior to your appointment it will be canceled to allow us time to fill that spot. These policies are in place to make it fair for both parties involved. All appointments will require a deposit to hold their spot- this will go towards the service price, any cancellations/reschedule needs to be made 12 hours prior to appointment time to have their deposit refunded or transferred to another appointment. Canceling/rescheduling after the 12 hour mark you will lose your deposit and be required to put down another deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit is only transferable 2 times, after 2 times you will be required to place another deposit. If you need to make changes to your appointment after the cancellation window or questions about your deposit, please text/call 480-600-4724 so I can assist you! Thank you for your understanding. Please confirm your appointment no later than 12 hours before your appointment time. You will get multiple reminders. New clients will get one last courtesy text morning of their appointment. If you do not confirm by 1 hour before your appointment time your appointment will be canceled at the 1 hour mark before your appointment. This will also be considered a no call no show.
